    The Warren County-Front Royal Economic Development Authority met Friday morning for the purpose of issuing a bond to Christendom College of up to $6 million for the purpose of building a new dormitory among other things. Given Christendom's 501 status, the roughly 30,000-square-foot dormitory will be paid for via tax exempt bond.
