    A body found in Union County earlier this week has been identified as a Grainger County man who was reported missing in July. Matthew Munsey, 35, of Washburn, was reported missing on July 30 by a family member who said she last saw him on July 22. The Grainger County sheriff requested assistance from the TBI and, along with Granger and Union county investigators, were able to determine he was last seen at a home in Union County on July 23. Crews searched the area, but did not find him.
