Judge Ronald Rice issued the rulings on Wednesday, after Hamad's attorneys filed motions in July, asking that the death penalty be taken out of consideration and that the trial be moved to a different county.

Warren Municipal Court Judge Terry Ivanchak determined on Tuesday that 35-year-old Brandi Lyn Davis had violated terms of her probation and sentenced her to 180 days in the Trumbull County Jail.
