    Two people have been arrested after they lead officers on a high speed chase and fled on foot after an attempted traffic stop. According to a press release from the Trempealeau County Sheriff's Department, they attempted to pull over a vehicle driven by Justin Flohr, 32, of Rice Lake, last Thursday, September 8. Flohr failed to stop and continued north on Hwy 93 at a high rate of speed.
