    The Asheville Citizen-Times reports that Jackson County received a 911 call Thursday from an unknown caller who said there was a bomb located at either the Jackson County Courthouse, the Cherokee Tribal Courts or the Swain County Courthouse. The caller said the bomb was in place and set to go off within the next 72 hours, and authorities would have to figure out where it was located.

    The Jackson County Sheriff's Office said their 911 center received a threat from an unknown caller just after 11:30 a.m. The caller told dispatchers a hidden bomb was set to go off within 72 hours in either the Jackson County Courthouse, the Cherokee Indian Courthouse or the Swain County Courthouse. Deputies said the suspect told officials it was up to someone to figure out which courthouse the bomb was in.
