    Dakota Ray Montgomery, 25, of Farmersburg fled on foot in the area of County Roads 950 North and 300 East after a police pursuit that began around 5 p.m. on U.S. 41 at Indiana 48 at Shelburn Indiana State Police Trooper Brad Miller reported that he saw Montgomery driving a Mitsubishi Eclipse northbound on U.S. 41 and attempted to stop the vehicle. Miller stated that he knew that Montgomery was wanted on a Sullivan County warrant for a probation violation.
