Dicko, 29, of East Rochester, was driving a 1992 Chevrolet Lumina northbound on State Route 183 near mile post 7 when the vehicle went sideways and left of center, striking the front of a 1996 Ford Explorer, driven by Joe W. Mardis, 72, of Minerva, which was traveling in the southbound lane.

Mardis, 72, of Minerva, Ohio, was driving a 1996 Ford Explorer southbound on State Route 183, according to the report. Dicko's Lumina went sideways and left of center and the right side of her vehicle struck the front of Mardis' vehicle, in the southbound lane.
