    It's going to cost a little bit more to fill up the tank in St. Clair County later this summer after the county commission passed a 4-cent fuel tax, Thursday. The county currently doesn't have its own gas tax, but the plan passed by the commission will add four cents to every gallon of gas bought in the county, according to County Administrator Kellie Graff.
