    Special District Judge Matt Orendorff on Thursday issued a temporary injunction prohibiting the Sequoyah County Water Association from disconnecting the meter to the Town of Vian due to unpaid bills brought on by unsettled rate increase issues. Larry Vickers, attorney for the Town of Vian, petitioned the court for the injunction to allow the Oklahoma Water Resources Board the necessary time to mediate the contractual differences.
