    A woman was rescued by teams in Sequoyah County after a boat capsized west of Gore on the Illinois River, according to Sequoyah County Sheriff Ron Lockhart. There were a total of three people in the boat, and when it tipped over, two were able to swim to safety while the third held on to a tree in the middle of the river, according to the sheriff.
