After striking a metal guardrail, the tractor-trailer flipped over onto its right side and slid more than 100 feet, stopping just a few feet away from a nearby home.

    The former owner of a Schuylkill County highway construction business was re-sentenced Wednesday in a case described as the nation's biggest case of disadvantaged business enterprise fraud. Ernest G. Fink Jr., 70, of Orwigsburg, former chief operating officer and co-owner of Schuylkill Products Inc. of Cressona, was sentenced to 41 months in prison and fined $25,100 for his role in a conspiracy to defraud the Disadvantage Business Enterprise program, said Peter Smith, U.S. Attorney in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
