Jacob Andrews was speeding about 8:30 p.m. Oct. 26 on Soquel Drive near Rosedale Avenue, where 31-year-old Jack Meehan was struck and thrown from his bike, according to California Highway Patrol.

Milton Arias Molina, 22, of San Jose, a 17 year old from Capitola and 15 year old from Santa Cruz were arrested on suspicion of murder, Undersheriff Craig Wilson said.

    Authorities are searching for a thin white man in his late 20s to 30s who sexually attacked a woman jogging through Jose Avenue Park when she stopped to use the restroom about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday, Undersheriff Craig Wilson said. The woman, in her early 20s, said the man went in the restroom, pushed the her in a stall, attacked her and fled, when she immediately called Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office for help, Wilson said.
