    Rosebud County Undersheriff Allen Fulton tells The Billings Gazette that 36-year-old David Schwisow's body was found about 12 miles downriver from a diversion dam north of the city at noon Thursday. Schwisow, of Lincoln, Nebraska, went missing after tipping over while trying to cross the dam, and searchers found his kayak the same day.
