    On Wednesday July 27th 2016 around 7:30 A.M. officer Keegan Bray with Kentucky State Police Vehicle Enforcement responded to an injury accident located on I-75 near northbound near the 53 mile marker in Rockcastle County Kentucky. Upon arrival and through investigation Bray determined that 55 year old Ralph Chestnut of London, Kentucky was operating a 2012 Freightliner when he collided with a 2015 Freightliner being operated by 58 Herman Black of Houston, Texas.
