    NYPD cold case detectives used DNA evidence to crack a 22-year-old homicide Friday, arresting a 46-year-old man they say killed a young Bronx mother, police said. Jonathan Jolivert of Brooklyn was taken into custody in Carmel, in upstate Putnam County, and charged with murder after police said his DNA matched physical evidence from the scene of the killing on March 24, 1993.

Nilija Hall, 40, of Archer Road, is charged with two felony counts of first-degree criminal contempt; four misdemeanors: criminal obstruction of breathing, unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree menacing; and a violation count of second-degree harassment, the sheriff's office said.
