    A 38-year-old man is due back in court Wednesday, after police in Minnesota suspected that he was holding a woman against her will while driving her from northwest Wisconsin. The victim's mother told Lakes Area Police that Brian Harris took methamphetamines heavily, and there were reports that he shot at vehicles he thought were following him from Polk County along Highway 8. On January 25th, a police sergeant arrested Harris in what was called a "high risk" traffic stop at a gas station in Chisago City, Minnesota -- and officers say they later found two weapons and meth in the vehicle.

The Wisconsin DOT says traffic heading eastbound on Wisconsin Highway 48 at McKinley street will have to take a detour for the next couple hours on Sunday morning. The detour will take eastbound traffic south on McKinley St. to 250th Ave., then east back to Wisconsin Highway 48. Stream, along with her passengers, 5-month-old Ayidden Stream and 16-year-old Krystyna Walenczak, were inside the vehicle when it entered the water.
