Pike County District Attorney Raymond Tonkin said Michael John Norton will be sent to a state correctional facility for two to six years, pay a fine, submit a DNA sample and register with Pennsylvania's Sexual Offender Registration and Notification Act, or Megan's Law, for the remainder of his life.
