Munger, 50, of Matamoras was sentenced to 18 months of probation and fined $200 in Pike County Court for possession of a controlled substance, according to the Pike County District Attorney's Office. The Eastern Pike Regional Police were dispatched to a residence in Westfall Township on Nov. 8, 2014 for an individual who had overdosed.
