    A Perry County man Friday morning filed a lawsuit against LifeSouth Community Blood Centers Inc. for its role in a judge's offer to allow defendants to pay fines with blood donations. The lawsuit, among other things, says the blood center violated its own standard that blood donations can only be made "altruistically" and voluntary.

    Shortly after 9:00 a.m. the Perry County Sheriff's Office received a call in regards to an Armed Robbery at Potters Pub located at 13037 Karl Brown Road in Roseville, Ohio. Deputies responded to the scene and learned a male suspect approximately 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall with camouflage clothing approached the cashier and demanded money.
