After an investigation was conducted, it was determined that 59-year-old Michael Bohan, of Humboldt, was eastbound on 485th Street when he lost control of the pick-up truck he was driving and entered the south ditch, hitting a tree.

The budget included a 2.5 percent salary increase for County Assessor Lois Naig and her staff, in line with raises granted to other county employees earlier in the month.
