    With the two states tied at two wins apiece, Kentucky won the Kentucky-Indiana Challenge Cup Saturday night when Owen County's boys basketball team defeated Forest Park 72-55 in the finale at the Frankfort Convention Center. The Rebels were nearly unstoppable on offense, shooting 71.4 percent in the second half and 66 percent for the game.
