    The New York State Department of Transportation Utica Regional Office has issued the following traveler advisory for motorists in the City of Utica, Oneida County: On Wednesday June 8, 2015 motorists traveling on Court Street between Cornelia Street and Sunset Ave will encounter a new traffic pattern. This new traffic pattern will remain in place for the next six to eight weeks while the contractor reconstructs Court Street and Lincoln Ave. Travel lanes on Court Street will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
