    According to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Unit, on July 2, at approximately 3:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to a residence located on Beacon Light Road in the Town of Verona for a report of a man attempting to break into a residence. A description of the suspect was obtained and a short while later, a person matching the description was located in close proximity of the incident.

Jonathan Colvin, 30 of Utica, was charged with criminal trespass after he was found trespassing inside the airfield about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, deputies said.
