    A Lower Saucon Township man was jailed this week after passing out behind the wheel, and getting arrested on suspicion of driving drunk, three times in nine days, according to township police. Kevin Sobol, who turned 59 last month, of the 3600 block of Drifting Drive, was taken into custody for warrants in the three incidents Wednesday and sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail, police said.
