    Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital reminds Nolan County residents that a great time to quit smoking is during the "Great American Smokeout", Thursday, Nov. 20, according to Donna Boatright, administrator of the hospital "The 'Smokeout' is a good-natured effort by the American Cancer Society to encourage smokers to give up their cigarettes for one day," Boatright said. "If smokers see they can quit for 24 hours, they may quit forever."
