    A 26-year-old Prosperity man is in custody in Newberry County after he sent nude pictures of himself to a 13-year-old girl and tried to get her to sneak out of her home to meet him for a sexual encounter. Keith Andrea Wise, of 792 Langford St., was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with disseminating obscene material to a minor and criminal solicitation of a minor.

Wise, according to Foster, used Facebook to first engage with the victim, then used the app KIK to send the teen nude photos and attempt to lure her away from home.
