    A Newberry man was charged with financial transaction card fraud on June 11 after he allegedly withdrew a large sum of money from bank accounts using automatic teller machines, according to a report from the Newberry County Sheriff's Office. According to the report, Bruce Alexander Hutcherson, 29, of 386 Winding Jolly Road, withdrew approximately $12,000 during May from accounts at Quorum Federal Credit Union.
