    Moultrie County Coroner Lynn Reed said Velvon Schrock, 53, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision between his bicycle and a car driven by Jessie Lee Wilson, 41, of Mattoon. A release from Illinois State Police at Pesotum said the accident happened about 6:50 a.m. on Moultrie County Road 1800 E, about a half-mile north of County Road 1900 N. The location is about 1 1/2 miles south of Arthur.
