    April 29 -- Mora County has settled two lawsuits filed against the northeastern New Mexico county over its attempt to ban on oil and gas drilling. The county will have to pay its own costs and fees associated with the lawsuits but not the fees of the other parties, county attorney Justin Miller said in a statement issued Tuesday.
