    The U.S. Attorney's Office for Kansas says 29-year-old Danielle R. Passauer, of Neodesha, is charged with one count of wire fraud and one count of bank fraud. The attorney's office says Passauer, former director of the Montgomery County Conservation District, is accused of authorizing about $27,000 in checks to be paid to her in excess of her salary and about $23,000 in credit card transfers to pay for unauthorized expenditures.

Danielle R. Passaur, 29, of Neodesha, is suspected of authorizing more than $27,600 in checks to be paid to her salary as well as $23,694 in an electronic transfer to Visa to pay for personal, unauthorized expenditures, according to a news release issued Monday by Grissom's office.
