After powering through the windy hills of south Monterey County, from Greenfield to Carmel Valley, and up the steep hill climb of Laureles Grade, riders still had two final miles around the world-famous Laguna Seca racetrack before the finish of stage 3 of the 2018 Amgen Tour of California on Tuesday. Victorious was Toms Skujins of Latvia, who rebounded after last year's race where he rode after suffering a concussion and a broken collarbone.
