    The Volunteers of America of Western New York Inc.'s Cobblestone Place in Webster, a project slated to create 60 residences in Monroe County, has been awarded $300,000 in affordable housing grants from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York. When completed, the VOA Cobblestone Place project will contain 54 one-bedroom units and six two-bedroom units, all for very low-income seniors.
