    A Miami-Dade County Circuit Court judge accused of smashing the window of a pickup truck with a metal pole in front of her Key Largo home in June has a warrant out for her arrest, but a conflict of interest in Monroe County's prosecutor's office has suspended the case in legal limbo. Judge Victoria Brennan is accused of smashing the glass out of the back window of a Chevy pickup owned by Victor Garcia, 20, of Homestead on June 28. According to a Monroe County Sheriff's Office offense report, Brennan, 53, was angry because she found three drunk men, friends of her son, at her Point Pleasant Drive home.
