According to the Highway Patrol's arrest report, 17 year old Brett Renick has been arrested for being a minor visibly intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway resulting in an accident.

According to the Miller County Sheriff's Department, deputies, along with members of the Mid-Mo Drug Task Force and the Lake Ozark police department served a warrant at the Shorland Motel in Lake Ozark late Tuesday.

According to the Highway Patrol, 74 year old Patricia Vanderpool of Jefferson City was Eastbound on Cassidy Road and failed to yield to a car driven by 56 year old Gail Oliver of Eldon who was westbound on Highway 54. Vanderpool then pulled into Oliver's path and struck the driver's side of her vehicle.
