    A Miller County woman was seriously injured following a two car accident Thursday in Cole County. According to the Highway Patrol, 74 year old Patricia Vanderpool of Jefferson City was Eastbound on Cassidy Road and failed to yield to a car driven by 56 year old Gail Oliver of Eldon who was westbound on Highway 54. Vanderpool then pulled into Oliver's path and struck the driver's side of her vehicle.

    An Olean teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 3:40 p.m. Thursday on Mill Road west of Route P in Miller County. According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report , a 1983 Honda 3-Wheeler 250CC, driven westbound by Curtis P. Cox, 17, ran off the road, and struck a tractor-trailer and a building.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the accident happened Wednesday afternoon on U.S. 54 in Miller County when a semi-trailer truck rear-ended a car, which caused a chain reaction involving the other vehicles.
