    According to the Merrick County Sheriff's Office, 50-year-old Theresa Ahrens of Loup City died when the 2006 Mitsubishi she was driving collided with a 2005 Peterbuilt straight truck at the intersection of 14th and T Road. It happened around 3:45 p.m. Two others in the car were life-flighted to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to the sheriff's office.
