    A 16-year-old girl was injured after a car rolled over on U.S. 131 in Mecosta County shortly before 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 26. The teen was a passenger in a vehicle driven by her father, Robert Bieschke of Cedar Springs, when he lost control in icy conditions, Mecosta County sheriff's deputies said. Bieschke was not injured and his daughter had injuries not considered life-threatening.

He was arraigned Tuesday on third degree criminal sexual conduct charge, victim 13-15 years old with a bond of $50,000, probation violation of an original charge of breaking and entering/larceny of motor vehicle, bond $2,000 as well as failing to appear/failing to pay fines and cost of retail fraud, no bond set and sentenced to 10 days in jail.
