    The McLennan County Grand Jury declined Wednesday to indict three Bellmead police officers who opened fire on masked knife-wielding man last month after responding to a burglary in which an apartment resident was tied up. Sgt. Dan Mills, and Officers Robert Dillard and Jonathan Grisham shot Julian Magdaleno, 29, repeatedly on Oct. 20 after the man pulled a knife and began slashing at them, authorities said.

    The Organized Crime Unit of the McLennan county Sheriff's office has arrested an United States Postal Office employee after a ten-month investigation and seized 175 grams of methamphetamine with a street value of about $17,000 and a small amount of marijuana. 44-year-old Edward Flores II, a 21-year employee of the postal service, was discovered and proven over the course of the investigation to be using and distributing meth while on-duty, in uniform, and while driving a USPS vehicle.
