    According to McDonough County Sheriff Rick VanBrooker, a shoplifter was arrested in Bushnell, Illinois after she had allegedly stolen from the Macomb Wal-Mart and the McDonough District Hospital. McDonough County detectives arrested 43-year-old Wendy L. Jones Friday at 896 E Main Street in Bushnell, after a spree of shoplifting on Wednesday.

The canine search resulted in a positive response, according to a release by the McDonough County Sheriff's Office, and deputies initially seized a baggie containing 1.5 grams of methamphetamine in a coffee filter and digital scales.
