    Saturday morning, April 23, at approximately 5 a.m. an officer with the Marshall County Police Department arrested a Plymouth man after observing his speeding on US 30. 28 year old Kevin Walters was arrested for Reckless Driving and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $255 cash bond. Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.

A driver in a White Ford pickup was traveling southbound on Union Road when a Silver Chevy Impala stopped at the intersection proceeded through the intersection turning onto 5th Road.

    On Monday, Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department three different times to arrest probationers who had violated the terms of their probation. At 11:30 41 year old Jeffery S. Sparks of South Bend was taken into custody and at 1:24 Officer DeLee arrested 25 year old Tyler L. Hochstetler of Bourbon.

    About 1 o'clock in the morning on Saturday, April 23rd, the Marshall County Dispatch Center received a call of a possibly impaired driver who was swerving all over the roadway. Marshall County Police Officer Wozniak locate the suspect vehicle on State Road 17 near Redwood Road and observed it swerving all over the roadway, crossing over the center dividing line and going off the road into the grass.

    A team of five students from Webster Elementary School raised more than $300 for Junior Achievement and bowled at the first ever Junior Achievement of Marshall County Achieve-A-Bowl Tuesday evening! The event was held at Quick Lanes on Jefferson Street in Plymouth from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The staff at Webster also sponsored a team by raising over $300. Any team that raised more than $300 dollars was awarded a pizza and pitcher of pop.
