    City Council has asked the Lycoming County district attorney to initiate a criminal investigation into alleged fraudulent expenditures the past two years by Mayor Gabriel J. Campana. A review of receipts the mayor submitted for reimbursement this year and last showed several may be fraudulent and several others "involve questionable expenses that may, with further investigation, also prove to be inappropriate," the release states.
