Marie A. Rhinehart, 54, of Jersey Shore, filed her failed appeal to the Superior Court after Lycoming County Judge Marc F. Lovecchio convicted her during a nonjury trial in March on a child endangerment charge and counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana.
