    A 2-year-old girl found Thursday afternoon in an above-ground swimming pool in a rural area north of Montoursville appears to have drowned. That was the initial finding from Friday's autopsy on the body of Daisy Laubacher but the full report will not be completed for 10 to 12 weeks, Lycoming County Coroner Charles E. Kiessling Jr. said.

Michael Rakeem Spencer, 34, who had moved from Philadelphia about six months before the incident, was found guilty of 12 counts that included attempted homicide, aggravated and simple assault and recklessly endangering.
