    A man from Duryea pleaded guilty Monday in Luzerne County Court to intentionally setting a double-block house ablaze, endangering a sleeping tenant. Andrew James Ryzner, 26, of Donnelly Street, was accused by Duryea police of using a fire-starter liquid he purchased at a store in Pittston Township to set a fire at 1224-1226 Main St. on May 6. In a separate arson case, county Judge David Lupas permitted Zachary John Chromey, 23, of Stanton Street, Wilkes-Barre, to withdraw a guilty plea on an arson charge involving a 2013 fire at his home.
