The search warrant, filed in the District Clerk's office, reveals more details about the May 6 arrest of Carelton Peterson, the Justice of the Peace constable for precinct 4. Lubbock police responded about 3:39 a.m. to a crash with no injuries in the 5400 block of 50th Street where a witness told police he saw a white pickup truck “flying” westbound on 50th Street, then heard a loud boom as the truck hit a curb.
