    A Chantilly juvenile was injured Saturday evening in an accident involving two all-terrain vehicles that were pulling inner tubes, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. At about 8 p.m., two adults were riding ATVs in the 27500 block of Equine Court and pulling juveniles behind them who were riding inner tubes on the snow-covered roadway, a Loudoun police report said.
