Jeffrey Cooper, 20, of Cortland, pulled out of a driveway on a dirt bike at 40500 Parsons Road when he crossed the center lane trying to make a right turn and had a head-on collision with a Ford Explorer driven by Margaret Pretzloff, 36, of Grafton, according to a report from the patrol.
