    A 14-year-old boy was killed Wednesday in Live Oak County after he was involved in an ATV accident on Highway 59, about 10 miles south of George West. Investigators said a 13-year-old was driving the ATV and trying to make a u-turn on the highway when it overturned in the northbound lane.

    A 14-year-old boy from George West is dead after an early morning crash Wednesday that occurred 10 miles south of the city on U.S. Highway 59. According to Live Oak County Sheriff Larry Busby, the crash was reported at approximately 5 a.m. Busby said that the boy and a second teen were riding on a four-wheel all-terrain vehicle that entered the roadway for an unknown reason.
