    The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, is investigating a fatal collision that happened just after 9:00 a.m. today on Highway 708 in Lee County. The initial investigation indicates that Michael Spencer, 58 years old of Beattyville was driving a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, north on HWY-708.
