    Twenty years after he followed the findings of a Lebanon County jury and sentenced Bradley Martin to death for killing a Palmyra florist, Senior Judge Robert Eby is now willing to re-sentence Martin to life in prison. In a 39-page order dated Dec. 5 and released this week, Eby wrote that "the interests of justice warrant that receive a sentence of life imprisonment for the charge of first degree murder, and it is the Court's intention to schedule a sentencing proceeding for the Defendant to impose a sentence consistent with that finding."
