Billy Michael Estes is being charged with felony fleeing and eluding and DUI after he refused to pull over at a traffic stop around 1:20 Sunday morning, The Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department and the Meridian Police Department pursued him down Causeyville Road and then over to Highway 19 South all the way down near the Alabama state line.
