    A man from Vernon was killed in a single-vehicle accident north of Kingsville today, according to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. The victim has been identified as Jeffory Gene Harrison, 42. He was killed at 7:53 a.m. today when his 2004 GMC left the roadway on County Road 49 and struck a tree.
